Pet.
I like the word pet. It defines pleasure, luxury, and love. Those of us that have pets are fortunate to have pleasure, luxury, and the only unconditional love of another being. And, more selfishly perhaps, pets allow us the pleasure and luxury of loving them unconditionally.
So, on this Thanksgiving Day, let us be thankful for our pets, the love we have, and the love we give.
