Michael Vick Guilty Plea Pending?

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, NFL pro and federal indictee Mike Vick may be pleading guilty. According to the AJC article, an additional two of Vick's three co-defendants are scheduled to enter guilty pleas at their hearings later this week. Click on this link to read the AJC story.
Chicago lawyer and long time ESPN journalist Lester Munson just published an interesting article about the repercussions for Vick of his co-defendants' prospective guilty pleas. To read Munson's article, click on this link.

According to news reports, federal prosecutors are preparing a 'superseding indictment.' Such an indictment would levy additional charges against Vick, very possibly racketeering charges. Racketeering charges increase both the severity of an indictment and jail time served upon conviction.

Kind of looks like Vick is caught between a rock and a 'game' fighting dog. Do ya think?
