According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, NFL pro and federal indictee Mike Vick may be pleading guilty. According to news reports, federal prosecutors are preparing a 'superseding indictment.' Such an indictment would levy additional charges against Vick, very possibly racketeering charges. Racketeering charges increase both the severity of an indictment and jail time served upon conviction.
