Below is an email received from Nike in response to my email of 7/17/2007 re NFL player Michael Vick's endorsements. Of course, Nike has since issued a statement that they are suspending release of new Vick gear.
Response (Dena) - 07/18/2007 11:54 AM Thank you for contacting us regarding Michael Vick. There is no change in the status of the agreement between Nike and football player Michael Vick. Nike will continue to monitor the situation, but has nothing further to say at this time. We appreciate that you took the time to contact us and your feedback will be passed along to the proper department. Sincerely, Nike
Coca-Cola has yet to respond to my email of 7/11/2007 regarding their endorsement of Michael Vick. To my knowledge, they have not made a public announcement about their relationship with Vick. So, I'm just not purchasing their products anymore.
