After 7 months of fostering
Star is Rising, we've decided to adopt her! Star is a quirky girly-girl, and a real sweetie-pie. She's a big 75-lb. girl, and we suspect is not all greyhound -- she's just too atypical. Star is very vocal, loves to jump into and lay in the water and in the driveway and mud. I think she'd be greyt for camping! And, she loves to sniff and smell everything and everyone very thoroughly. Silly girl!
Grrrreat News. What does Quasar think???
ReplyDeleteHi Frankie! Thanks for stopping by! Interesting you should ask about Quasar. He'd like to be an only dog, but as long as he's still Dad's Best Buddy then he's fine (Star seems to understand this). Quasar and Star get along rather like sister and brother, rather than boyfriend-girlfriend. But all is good. We feel more like a family now! My sister says that finally I "have a boy and girl, just like the rest" of my sibs!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new addition!! She's adorable. Best wishes for many, many happy and adventurous years!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Wolfie!
ReplyDeleteI think it will be good for Mr. Q to not be an only child. And Star is one lucky girl to be permanently a part of your family. I hope you all have many years of fun and happiness together.
ReplyDeleteThanks you, Victoria! Good to see that you're getting out and about, so to speak.
